Seasoning Tip- Clean cast iron with a mild dishwashing liquid. Dry it completely post cleaning . First, dry with a cloth, then place it on a gas burner and let the heat dry your cookware. Soak paper towels with cooking oil and use them to coat the inside of your cookware with a thin layer of oil. Place the cookware on the oven or burner and heat it for 16 mins. Remove your Cookware from the burner and let it cool. It's now ready to use.
