- We pack our products with utmost care that it reaches the customers safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our return policy for ceramic and melamine products covers only the in-transit breakage.Return or refund will not be valid in case of report in variation of size and colour the product. For return please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt and will only be exchanged once the returned product has been examined and verified as salable.

- All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, salable condition.
- Postage will not be refunded.
- Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used.
- Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Tibros Team. If you claim a breakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with product images and the invoice number, within 7 days of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to perform a quality check once we receive the product. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
- Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received
Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, Tibros reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Tibros is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two way shipping and re-packing costs.
